Additional time can also be added to your course, at no additional cost, should you have support needs or extenuating circumstances.
Yes you can! We are chosen by settings in the UK and Internationally and can work with you to create bespoke packages or offer group discounts. Please get in touch with us at hello@alphatraining.uk to discuss the needs of your individual setting.

Simply message your tutor, or get in touch with the support team at hello@alphatraining.uk
There are some age restrictions on some of the courses, however, most only require you to be over the age of 16. Some leadership qualifications require you to be over the age of 18 as a requirement from the awarding body.
The Award, Certificate and Diploma are nested and part of a suite of qualifications. What this means is that they build on one another.
You can start any of the qualifications, however if you were unable to spend time in school, you would be able to complete the 4 units of the Award.
The Diploma is the full level 3 qualification that includes all the units from the Award and Certificate plus 5 additional Diploma units.
No, if you have completed the Award you can have the amount we charge for the Award deducted from the Certificate or Diploma (the same applies if you are upgrading from the Certificate to Diploma too, we deduct the amount for our Certificate so you just pay the difference). We just charge a £50 admin fee.
All our full qualification are Ofqual registered and certificated and regulated by recognised awarding bodies. Some of our short courses are endorsed by awarding bodies, but not accredited, this will be clearly stated on the details of the course.
When choosing a full qualification with us you can be confident that it will be accredited and recognised.
